이용약관
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 DealNext AI(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 B2B 미팅 후속 메시지 생성 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 회사·이용자 간 권리와 의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
- 서비스는 이용자가 입력한 미팅 기록을 기반으로 후속 메시지 초안, 진행 단계 정리, 다음 연락 시점 제안 등을 생성합니다.
- 생성 결과는 이용자의 업무를 보조하는 참고 자료이며, 영업·계약 등 최종 의사결정과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 서비스 결과물은 입력 기록에 나타난 내용에 근거하여 생성되며, 회사는 특정 영업 성과를 보증하지 않습니다.
제3조 (이용계약 및 결제)
- 일부 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 유료 기능은 결제 완료 시 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 결제는 회사의 결제 대행 판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle을 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 조건·영수증은 결제 시점에 안내됩니다.
- 환불은 별도의 환불정책에 따릅니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 제3자의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 내용을 입력해서는 안 됩니다.
- 이용자는 입력하는 미팅 기록에 대해 적법한 이용 권한을 보유해야 합니다.
제5조 (서비스의 변경·중단)
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 유료 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.
제6조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 천재지변, 외부 인프라 장애 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 회사의 책임은 이용자가 최근 결제한 금액을 한도로 합니다.

Terms of Service (English)
1. Service
DealNext AI ("Company") provides a B2B meeting follow-up service that generates draft follow-up messages, deal-stage summaries, and next-contact timing suggestions based on meeting notes submitted by the user. Outputs are assistive references; final business decisions and their outcomes remain the user's responsibility. The Company does not guarantee any specific sales outcome.
2. Payment
Certain features are free; paid features become available upon payment. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. User Obligations
Users must not submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law, and must hold lawful rights to the meeting records they submit.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount most recently paid by the user. The Company is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
